The creation of a hillside residence and pool perched atop one of the highest points above Sunset Plaza employed mid-century modernism with elements such as applied zinc and plaster cladding with Brazilian Cherry planks on the building’s exterior. The project was designed to maximize the amazing views available in this enviable location. The palette was selected to instill a feeling of an organic structure, harmonious with the natural hillside.
A final touch included a secret zen garden featuring subdued colors and gentle fragrances.
